The educational events committee is responsible planning and coordinating programs designed to help HiMA members continue to develop their careers. This include luncheons, workshops, webinars and any other educational content for the interactive professional.
The events and special programs committee is responsible for coordinating large scale HiMA events and social programs. This would include the annual conference, HiMA awards program, as well as happy hours and other social events.
The membership & community committee is responsible for growing and maintaining the organization’s membership, and nurturing the HiMA marketing community. This includes outreach to potential membership as well as engaging membership and identifying interest & skillsets for leadership roles.
The marketing technology committee is responsible for managing and maintaining all the technology required to support HiMA membership and execute HiMA. communication.
The sponsorship committee is responsible for developing and maintaining cash and in-kind sponsorships needed to continue operations and provide valuable resources to the membership & sponsors.
The partnership & Academic Relations committee is responsible for growing and maintaining organizational and academic relationships in the community. This could include partnerships with other member organizations and the initiation of student organizations focused on interactive marketing activities.
