Our client is looking for 3D/Motion Designers that have an intense talent and passion for motion design to join our award-winning team. With the ability to conceptualize and execute entire projects while also bringing their unique specialties in 3D and motion design to the table, our Motion Designers work with a team of agency professionals on a variety of projects such as: interactive product demos, awareness demos, product presentations and product launches, marketing presentations, and integration of motion graphics with live action footage. The Motion Design & Video team also plays a huge role in our research and development activities exploring the practical capabilities with technologies such as augmented reality and RFID. KEY TRAITS & EXPERIENCE:

The 3D / Motion Designer provides the talent, imagination and tools to construct the story that the team and client articulate during the strategy and concepting activities. And the ego? Negotiable. Our team of Motion Designers crafts the concept into an elaborate, innovative, yet cohesive creative solution. This is accomplished by molding the ideas from a series of environments, characters, models, lighting and cameras that bring all aspects of the vision to fruition for the team and client.

Create and develop motion / video solution and provide appropriate specialties within the 3D and motion design space
Ensure that the strategy and execution of motion / video projects adheres to branding standards as well as marketing goals
Contribute to team chemistry that will build a strong foundation for the team and various production approaches that may be needed
Interface with clients to present concepts and strategies and participate in other milestones as needed
Develop motion / video deliverables and ensure quality assurance of personal, outgoing work
Stay abreast of the latest technology, tools and design methodologies
Work closely with all facets of the Agency to ensure quality delivery in the engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Motion Graphics, Visual Effects or other relevant major
3+ years of relevant industry experience is required
Must be fluent with After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro and Cinema 4D. 3D StudioMax and Maya is preferred
Capable of creating any aspect of a 3D environment including modeling, texturing, lighting, architecture, typography, good camera movement, and world objects with a genuine enthusiasm and interest in architecture and storytelling
Ability to rig a model for animation and produce photorealistic animations
Capable of creating and executing storyboards.
Proven ability to work well under pressure, plan personal workload, and execute on multiple projects concurrently
Must possess a positive attitude and work well with others
Excellent working conditions in casual work setting, multiple projects allowing for professional growth
Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and proofing skills
Must possess a strong portfolio with a demonstrable range of work on post-production
