Juliana Moreira – Moderator
Marketing Manager at Shell Oil Company
For the past 15+ years, Juliana has helped strengthen and develop brands such as Shell Oil, Pennzoil, Quaker State, L’Oréal, Lancôme and NRG EVGO across the U.S. and Latin America. With digital marketing as a core competency, Juliana has led the launch and operations of Lancome.com.br, the first e-commerce website for L’Oréal in Latin America, and the social media strategy for NRG EVGO, the largest private investor in electric car charging infrastructure in the U.S. For the past four years, Juliana has been at Shell Oil. As a Marketing Manager in the Lubricants team, she continues to push for innovations and practices that have a positive impact in the company’s bottom line and can future-proof a mature industry. Juliana has an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising from The University of Kansas.

Mark E. Chiles is a senior executive with a proven record of success. He is the Chief Digital Officer & Senior Vice President of Digital for Hart Energy, the leading energy information provider, and a Member of the Digital Officers Advisory Board for BPA Worldwide. Published on Forbes.com and a member of the Forbes Technology Council, Chiles is an executive with 18 years of progressive expertise in technology planning, implementation, product development, digital strategy, business operations, and big data. In these roles, Chiles has been responsible for overall digital strategy and vision, driving complex software engineering initiatives and collaboration, including all facets of product development, infrastructure and architecture requirement to manage hundreds of users, with millions of visitors to the digital products and apps under his direction. Chiles is an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives on challenges and building products. He has served his community as a volunteer firefighter for several years at Atascocita Volunteer Fire Department.
Paige Donnell – Panelist

Paige Donnell is the founder and CEO of Paige PR, a public relations and marketing agency for the energy industry. For more than 10 years, Paige has helped clients strategize and identify key messages, then amplify those messages through targeted communication channels.
Her core competencies include strategic communications planning and execution, content development and media relations. She has extensive knowledge of oil and gas developments, both from the regulatory and industry sides. Although Paige PR has a wide variety of energy-focused clients, her primary focus is in the upstream sector, where she helps clients with start-ups, acquisitions, and new product/technology launches.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Texas State University – San Marcos and is a member of the Pink Petro Community. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for Houston’s Business Marketing Association.
Travis Faul – Panelist
Environmental Services Manager, Gas Infrastructure Division at NextEra Energy
Travis Faul is a 20-year veteran of the environmental industry. His passion for technology and education has allowed him to bring innovative solutions to clients like Exxon Mobil, Colonial Pipeline, Kinder Morgan, Marathon Oil, Enbridge and many more. His work building a web-based GIS-portal to manage development for Marathon Oil was presented at the 2013 ESRI Petroleum User Group Conference.
Currently, Travis’s team manages environmental permitting for all large capital projects in the Gas Infrastructure Division of NextEra. NextEra embraces technology and innovation, and was recently named one of Fortune’s “Most Admired Companies” and top global companies that “Change The World”. Travis applies the knowledge gained from his wife, leading digital strategist Leah Faul, to manage the public and stakeholder outreach efforts and digital presence of his projects.
Homer Starkey – Panelist
Marketing Communications Manager at Schlumberger
Homer began his career at Schlumberger in 2008 as a copywriter and has assumed various roles since, including Managing Editor, Marketing Communications, and Creative Director, Drilling Group. His current objective is to promote OneStim, Schlumberger’s new hydraulic fracturing business for North America. Before his career in oil and gas (which seems like a hundred years ago to him), Homer worked as an English Teacher, a Technical Writer, and a Graphic Designer—but he loves marketing the most. Homer received his Bachelor of Arts in English/Creative Writing and his Master’s in Education from the University of Houston.
